Episode 30 - The Reluctantly Willing CEO with Brady Brim-DeForest

Brady Brim-DeForest is a self-described “reluctant CEO”

Yet his software development firm, TheoremOne, with nearly 400 employees, was just acquired by the Steve Jobs of Advertising- Sir Martin Sorrell.

Sir Martin is the legend who owns WPP- which is the largest conglomerate of advertising companies on the planet.

Sir Martin also owns S4 Capital, the tech-led, new age/new era digital advertising and marketing services company, established by Sir Martin Sorrell in May 2018.

Its strategy is to build a purely digital advertising and marketing services business for global, multinational, regional, and local clients, as well as millennial-driven influencer brands

Brady’s career has led up to this most perfect synergy, as he started his career in advertising, and also started some meaningful media brands prior to leading TheoremOne.

In this episode, Brady also sheds light on the genius of Sir Martin, as well as a sketch of what’s on deck with their collaboration.

Brady is one of the smartest, most thoughtful, humble, and nicest of my friends.

He’s also a client of mine and I’ve helped him recruit talent to their firm.

He has one of my favorite laughs. It’s infectious.

And my only friend to date, who owns a Scottish Castle.
